Sweet and Sour Cabbage Beet Soup

Ingredients
5 Beets, peeled and diced1 head of Cabbage, shreddedHalf an onion, sliced1.5 cups chicken broth.5 cups diced celery1 can tomato paste3 cups water1 Tblsp salt2 tsp Black Pepper2 tsp Brown Sugar3 Tblsp lemon juice
Directions
Heat chicken broth and water to boiling. Add the beets, cabbage, onions and celery, and reduce to a simmer.
Add tomato paste, salt, brown sugar, and pepper.
Simmer for an hour. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Serve hot, and enjoy.
