Ground Turkey Stroganoff

1 pkg 93% ground turkey2 cup canned mushrooms1 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup1/3 cup fat free sour cream4 cups cooked egg noodlesPepper and Paprika to taste
Makes 8 Servings.
Spritz pan with PAM or Olive Oil spray and brown turkey over medium high heat. Set turkey aside. Reduce heat to medium. Add mushrooms. Add in cream of mushroom soup. Let heat through. Reduce to low. Stir in sour cream and paprika/pepper (to taste). Return turkey to pan. Serve over noodles.
