Angelic Dessert

1 1/2 c low-fat milk1 4-serving package of sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding mix1 tsp. vanilla1 cup non- or low-fat four cream1 4-oz container Cool Whip lite or free1 tsp shredded orange peel7 cups 1-in angel food cake cubes3 cups sliced strawberries1/2 cup blueberries (optional)1 cup sliced strawberries
Makes 8-16 servings in a 8x8x-2 baking dish or individual dessert dishes.
In a large mixing bowl combine milk, pudding mix and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed till just combined. Bean on medium speed about 2 minutes more or till mixed.
Folk in the sour cream, dessert topping, and orange peel.
Layer half of the cake cubes, half of the 3 cups strawberries, and half of the pudding mixture. Rpeat layers. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Just before serving, top with the remining 1 cup strawberries. Can add blueberries for a festive "patriotic" dessert.
