1 1/2 pounds stew meat6-8 baby red potatoes1 lb of carrots, chopped in big chunks1 medium onionseasoning salt1 can of beef gravy1 (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes
Layer all ingredients in crock pot adding meat last. Spring meat with seasoning salt. In a small bowl, combine gravy and diced tomato. Pour over all. Set to low and cook all day (8-10 hours). Serves 6.
