Lentil Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 cup uncooked brown rice3/4 cup uncooked lentilsone small onion, chopped3 cups low sodium chicken broth1/2 TBS basil1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. oregano1/4 tsp. thyme1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients except cheese together in casserole dish with a lid. Bake 70 minutes at 300 degrees. Remove, top with cheese and put back in the oven for about 15-20 minutes more.
