Lite Beer Bread

Ingredients
3 cups self rising flour2 tbsp sugar1 can lite beer (room temp)1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp water
Directions
Mix flour, sugar, and beer
Pour mixture in a nonstick bread pan cated with nonstick spray. Let it sit around 15 minutes to rise. Brush top with egg/water mixture.
Bake at 375* for 1 hour.

    So, so easy. I made it in muffin cups, and the rolls were done in about 20 minutes. I also used half splenda, half sugar, and couldn't tell a difference in the taste. - 7/9/10
