Vegan Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
• 2 c oats • 1 c ground flax seed meal • 1/2 c cocoa • 1 c wheat germ • 1 pkg medium firm tofu • 1/2 c molasses • Optional: You can add unlimited flavors to this, such as dried raisins or berries, dairy-free chocolate or carob chips, shredded coconut, etc.
Directions
• Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
• Blend tofu in blender until creamy.
• Mix all dry ingredients in bowl.
• Pour tofu and molasses into dry mixture, blend until thoroughly mixed.
• Press into lightly greased pan 9x13 for baking. Bake for 25 minutes.
