Cucumber Tomato Summer Salad

Ingredients
1 English Cucumber2-3 Roma or plum tomatoes (whatever looks the best)Half an onion chopped or slicedA handful or two of feta cheeseEnough Balsamic vinegarette to cover the mixture (usually a little less than half a bottle)
Directions
Serving size: 1 cup
Makes 6-8 servings

Cut cumcumber into thin slices removing skin first if you prefer. Cut tomatoes into bite size chunks, and onion into slices. Add feta cheese and toss. Add Balsamic vinegarette to taste and toss. Serve cold.
