Horton Hears a Salad

Ingredients
1 cup pomegranate red wine vinegar1 english cucumber or 2 small size diced2 tomatoes diced1 avocado diced1 small onion chopped1/3 cup feta cheese1 tsp oregano
Directions
Mix all veggies in a bowl after chopped and diced then spread oregano. Pour vinegar mix well. Add feta cheese, cover and place in the fridge for a couple of hours or eat. Enjoy!
