Carrot Soup

Ingredients
4 cups of water1 cup chicken stock3 cups chopped carrot4 tsp ginger root1 large onion
Directions
Simmer all together until carrots and ginger are soft.
Cool slightly. Blend in food processor or blender until smooth.
