Slow cooker sausage, lentil & chard

4 lg carrots- chopped1 lg onion- chopped3 cloves garlic- finely chopped4 links Aidells spinach & feta sausage- chopped3 cups lentils = about 1 16 oz bag1 bay leaf2 tsp rosemary2 cups chicken broth3 cups water4 cups swiss chard-chopped
put all ingredients into a slow cooker and put on high for 2 hrs. Makes 8 1.5-cup servings. You may have to let the chard wilt a little before you add more. I put in 2 cups let cook for 30 min then put in 2 more cups.
