Dilled Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
2-2/3 8" cucumbers (about 7 cups) with skin, sliced1 Med. Onion, sliced1 tsp. Salt1/2 tsp. Black Pepper1 tsp. dried Dill Weed1 packet Splenda1 TB. Olive Oil1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
Directions
Slice cucumber and onion into a large bowl.
Add seasonings and mix well.
Add oil and vinegar and mix well again.

Makes 8 servings of 1 cup each.

    This was ok, but my family felt it was bland -- which is fine with me if I am eating a somewhat spicy meal. Is it better with the cider vinegar or the red wine vinegar? - 4/20/18
