Jen's Taco Soup

Ingredients
2 lbs ground chuck1 small onions chopped1 package Ranch Dressing Mix (DRY)1 TBS Chili Powder1/2 TBS Ground Cumin1 cans diced tomatoes 1 can Corn 1 can Pinto Beans1 can Kidney Beans2 can rotel - diced tomatoes w. green chilis3 cups waterSalt - Pepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground beef and saute onion in oil. Add ranch seasoning, cumin and chili powder. Add all cans of veggies and beans w/ juice from cans, add water salt & pepper. Simmer on Med/Low for 45 minutes to an hour.
Serve topped with cheese and sour cream, cilantro or whatever you like!
