Ingredients
4 yellow peppers2 large tomatoes1 medium onionapprox 3 galic clovesapprox 2 tbs ground oreganoapprox 1 tbsp fennell seeddash of creole2 lbs of ground turkey meatfeta cheesegrated parmasean cheeseshredded mozerella
Directions
put your turkey meat in a deep dish skillet, no need for coating with oil or anything. set on medium and let cook, stirring occasionaly. while the turkey is cooking get a big bowl and a grater. grate your 2 large tomatoes , 1 medium onion and 3 garlic cloves add your oregano and fennell seed stir all together. when the turkey meat is done, drain and put back in skillet. poor all ingrediants in the bowl over the turkey meat and mix together. cover with a top and simmer. while it's simmering cut the tops off the peppers and empy insides out and rinse. when meat is done and has simmered long enough for the spices to get into the meat put a spoonfull to each pepper, add parmasean cheese, then add another spoonfull of mixture, on top of that crumble up feta cheese, and then add another spoonfull of mixture until the pepper is full. put in the oven on 350 degrees until pepper is hot, add mozerella on top and put back in oven until mozerella is melted then serve.
