Rogers Double Bran Muffins

2 cups of flour2 tbsp of baking powder1/2 tbsp of baking soda1 tsp of salt1 cup of brown sugar1 1/3 cups of oat bran1 cup of wheat bran1 raspberries2 eggs2 cups of milk1/2 cups of canola oil2 tbsp of molasses
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Into a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add brown sugar, oat bran, wheat bran, and raisins; mix well.
In a small bowl, beat eggs; add milk, oil and molasses and mix.
Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients and stir just until blended. Let batter rest for 4 minutes. Spoon into greased muffin cups. Bake 15 - 20 minutes.
