Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin

16 oz. Fresh Broccoli and Cauliflower Florets1/2 c. Hellman's Mayonnaise Light1/2 c. 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/2 c. Shredded Parmesan Cheese3 green onions, sliced1 clove garlic, minced1 Tbs. Dijon-style mustard1/8 tsp. Ground red pepper or cayenne2 Tbs. Italian-Seasoned Breadcrumbs1/4 tsp. Paprika
1) Preheat oven to 350. Steam veggies until crisp-tender. Drain well.
2) Lighly grease a 2 quart baking dish. Arrange florets in the baking dish.
3) Stir everything else together except for the breadcrumbs and paprika. Spoon over florets. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and paprika.
4) Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
