sauteed' cabbage

Ingredients
1/4 tsp each dried rosemary, thyme, and crushed red pepper flakes1 tbsp each olive oil and I can't believe it's not butter, lite1/4 cup vegatable stock3/4 head of small cabbage (separate dark and light greens quarter and slice small)1 sml onion (diced small)1 tbsp crushed garlicsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
cut one small head of cabbage into quarters, reserving 1/4 for later use
rinse dark leaves in warm water to remove any grit and dirt
add olive oil, butter substitute, garlic, red pepper flakes, rosemary , thyme, onions and dark green leaves to saute' pan
cook 3-5 minutes, tossing frequently
rinse remaining cabbage leaves,
add stock and cabbage to pan
cover and cook 5 minutes, tossing every 2 minutes
salt & pepper to taste
turn off heat and let sit 5 minutes before serving
