Ingredients
3 each 8 oz. cans tomato sauce (24 oz.)3 medium (or 2 large) red ripe tomatos, finely chopped1-2 large onions, finely chopped1 jalepeno pepper, finely chopped (or other pepper to your liking)1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped1 bunch green onions, finely choppedsalt to taste
Directions
54 servings at 2 tbsp. each. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Eat! It is the chopping that takes most of the time. I do it by hand. I wonder how much easier it will be with a food processor?
