Sesame Broccoli

Ingredients
1 head broccoli1 tsp olive oil (or other acceptable vegetable oil)1 tbsp sesame seeds2 tbsp water1 tbsp light soy sauce.125 - .25 (1/8-1/4) tsp red pepper flakes1.5 tsp lemon juice
Directions
serves 4 1/2 cup per serving
Cut broccoli into small florets. If desired, peel and dice stems and add to florets.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook sesame seeds for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add broccoli and cook over high heat until it turns bright green, about 3 minutes, stiring constantly.
Stir in remaining ingredients. reduce heat to medium, cook, covered, for about 5 minutes, or until broccoli is desired texture.
