Taro (Chembu) - 580gGinger and Chili paste - 1 TBSPSalt, Water - As requiredOlive Oil - for frying(1 used 1 tbsp to calculate recipe)I large onion minced
Peel the taro, wash and cut into small pieces. Boil in salt water.
Mash taro and mix with chili ginger paste and minced onion. Fry in pan using minimal oil. Cook till golden brown.
Allow about 20 minutes to pare and boil taro, and about 10 to shape and fry.
