2 Cups Fresh Strawberries1 1/2 Cup Boiling Water2 Pkg (4 serving size) JELL-O Sugar Free Gelatin - Strawberry1 Cup No Fat Skim Plain Yogurt32 Christie Nilla Wafers1 Cup Cool Whip - Lite
Puree Strawberries and set aside. Mix 2 dry packs Jell-O with 1 1/2 Cups boiling water until dissolved. Add Strawberry puree, mix well and refrigerate 45 minutes or until thickened.
Add yogurt, beat with electric mixer on low speed until light & fluffy. Line bottom and sides of 9" pie plate with Nilla Wafers. Cover with gelatin mixture.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Top with whipped topping. 1/8 piece = 1 serving / 102 calories / 1.8 grams fat
