18-Mile Cookies (gluten free!)

Ingredients
1 cup chunky peanut butter1 cup sugar (I like Turbinado)1 egg
Directions
Mix it all together. Wet hands. Roll dough into little balls and space evenly on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes at 350.

It takes longer to preheat the oven than it does to put these cookies together and bake them.
