100g Iceberg & Romain Lettuce, chopped30g Onions, raw, chopped65g Cucumber, peeled, chopped40g Red Ripe Tomatoes, peeled, chopped41g Red Bell Pepper, chopped4 Large, Pitted, Black Olives (I used Lindsay Italian Seasoned Large Pitted Olives), sliced(1) 3/4oz Deli Turkey Slice (I used Boar's Head Low Sodium Skinless Deli Turkey)3/4c Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese(optional) salt, pepper, salad dressing
01. Prepare a bed of lettuce
02. Toss onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, and red bell peppers on lettuce
03. Lay black olives slices on top
04. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese
05. Roll up deli turkey slice and cut into rounds. Place around salad.
Perfect with 2tbsp of Wishbone's Fat Free Italian salad dressing for another 15 calories making this the perfect 150 calorie salad! Can be shared, but, why would you?
