Bannana Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour1/2 ts salt1/2 ts baking soda1 1/2 ts cinnamon, ground1 Egg1 Egg White1/2 Cup Applesauce, unsweetened1/4 Cup Oil1 Cup Sugar1 1/2 ts Vanilla1 Bannana, rippened1/2 Cup Walnuts
Directions
Mix dry ingredients (flour & spices) in one bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl until blended. Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Add walnuts last.

Pour into small loaf pans (or muffins). Cook until toothpick comes out clean. Approx 15-20 minutes.

Makes 9 mini-loafs.
