Easy Chili Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. ground meat 93% lean1 c. onion, chopped1 c. green bell pepper, chopped1 16 oz. can tomatoes1 15 oz. can tomato soup1/2 c. ketchup2 Tbsp. chili powder1/4 tsp. black pepper1 16 oz. can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained1 16 oz. can of pinto beans, rinsed and drained
Directions
In a large pot, saute meat, onion, green bell pepper until meat is cooked thoroughly. Drain excess fat. Add remaining ingredient and simmer for 1 hour, covered. Stir occasionally.
Serves 10-12 (about 2 1/2 qts.)
*You can eat it as a soup, over baked tortilla chips topped with low fat shredded cheese, spoon on top of a baked potato with a dollop of low fat sour cream.
