Crockpot Pumpkin Pie Pudding

Ingredients
1 (15-oz) can pumpkin (not pie mix)1 (12-oz) can evaporated skim milk1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice3 tsp vanilla2 lg eggs1/2 cup HeartSmart Bisquick
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a mixer until well blended. Spray crock of crockpot with cooking spray. Pour Mixture into crock, cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
