Baked Rigatoni and Sausage

Ingredients
16 oz Rigatoni1 lb Sausage1/2 cup Onions15oz Ricotta Cheese28oz Sauce4oz Shredded cheeese3 tbsp Parmesean
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a 5qt saucepan, over medium heat, cook sausage until brown on both sides. Remove from pan;slice into thin slices. Return meat to pan with onion;cook 5 min. or until onion is tender and meat is thoroughly cooked. Stir in hot pasta and Ricotta cheese until blended. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread 1 cup sauce; spoon pasta mixture over sauce.Spread remaining sauce evenly over pasta; sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Cover with Foil; bake 20 minutes. Remove foil;bake 5 min or until hot and bubbly. Makes 12 servings; 1 cup per serving.
