Beef Stew in slow cooker - low sodium

9 Potatoes, peeled and cubed1 medium Rutabagas peeled and cubed7 Carrots peeled and chopped1 medium Onion chopped2 tsp minced Garlic900 ml Blue Menu Beef Broth NO salt Added1/3 cup of flour1 tsp Black Pepper 2 tsbp Mrs Dash Original 1 tsp Thyme Dried 1 3lb bottom round roast cubed
Chop up all the vegetables on place in slow Cooker. Put flour in a small bowl add 1/2 the Mrs, Dash and pepper mix. Dredge the peices of beef in the flour. Add a tbsp of Olive Oil to a frying pan . Once oil is hot add beef , brown on all sides then place in Slow cooker. Stir everything together and the add the Beef broth. Add enough water to bring it to the top. Sprinkle with remainding spices. stir and leave to cook for 10 to 12 hrs. on low.
