Julie's Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
.5 cup of quick oats, dry3 egg whites.25 cup 1% cottage cheese.25 tsp cinnamon.25 tsp pumpkin pie spice.5 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Blend together in an food procssor or blender until smooth and then cook. It's that simple:)

I halved the actual serving size so this yeilds 4 medium sized pancakes, good enough for one! They're not as fluffy as regular pancakes, they're more eggy but they're tasty!!
