Amy's Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
* *Beef Broth, Swanson, 4 cup * *Potato, raw, 2 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) * Carrots, raw, 6 carrot (7-1/2") * Shallots, 3 tbsp chopped * Celery, raw, 5 stalk, small * Canned Tomatoes, 1 can * Summer squash, 1 medium * *Potato, raw, 2 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)
Directions
Just throw it all in a crockpot and cook on high for until vegetables are cooked through. About 5 hours.
