1 cup Romaine Lettuce1 cup baby spinach1/2 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast1 Medium Fresh Tomato1/2 Peeled Cucumber1 Green Bell Pepper-Small1 Carrot
1. Chop the chicken, tomato, pepper, and carrot.
2. Mix all the ingredients together, and store in the fridge. Eat on multigrain bread or by itself.
