Cauliflower and Broccoli au Gratin

5 c fresh cauliflower, small pieces2 c fresh broccoli, small pieces1 c cottage cheese1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded1 med onion chopped and sauted4 eggs 1/4 tsp pepper1/2 tsp Mrs Dash
Saute onion in small skillet with Pam. Set aside and let cool.
Both broccoli and cauliflower need to be broken into small pieces. In large bowl mix together, eggs, cooled onions and 3/4 c cheddar cheese, and cottage cheese, beat it all together. Add broccoli and cauliflower stir together to coat completely.
In large baking pan (lasagna size) sprayed with pam. Put mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with aluminum foil, cook for 45 minutes. Remove foil and cook another 15 minutes until desired doneness.
Makes 6 servings.
You can add meat to this of a one meal dish.
