Ingredients
Extra virgin olive oil, garlic, onion, black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, garbanzo beans, quinoa(keen-wah), corn, celery, canned tomatoes, jalapeno, vegetable stock, chili powder, cumin & basil.
Directions
In a large pot saute garlic, onion 3 min's. Add peppers and saute 2 min's more. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil then simmer 40 min's
