Turkey Sausage and Potato Hash

Ingredients
4 cups peeled, diced potatoes16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables1 can diced tomatoes, drained1 onion, diced or sliced14 oz turkey keilbasa or sausage, quartered and sliced in 1/4 in pieces1 TBSP olive oil2 TBSP or equivilent dried1/2 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp salt-free seasoning blendfresh ground pepper to taste
Directions
Cover potatoes with water and cook about 10 min, add vegetables and cook about 5 more mins. Drain.

Add olive oil to large skillet, add onions and keilbasa and cook about 5 minutes. Add potatoes and vegetables, tomatoes, and spices. cook until heated through about 3-5 minutes. Serve.
