Ingredients
*Bob's Red Mill Hemp Protein Powder, 8 tbsp (remove)Bob’s Red Mill Spelt flour 1/4 cup, 5 serving (remove)Wheat germ, crude, 1 cup (remove)Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)Goat Milk, 1.25 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup, unthawed (remove)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl. Combine wet ingredients in another. Combine the two and stir until just mixed. Place in greased muffin tins and bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
