Easy Spaghetti Pie

1 lb ground turkey1 clove garlic1 jar spaghetti sauce1 cup parmesan cheese3 eggs10 oz spaghetti noodles2 cups shredded cheese
Brown ground turkey and garlic in skillet. Drain.
Mix ground turkey mixture with the spaghetti sauce in a large skillet. Cook on medium/low until heated through.
Beat eggs and parmesan cheese in large bowl. Add cooked/drained pasta (cooled slightly not to "scramble" the eggs) and toss well to coat.
Spread pasta mixture on bottom and up sides of two, 9" glass deep dish pie plates. Press down smoothly to form "crust".
Top each pie with half of the meat mixture then top with one cup of shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes until cheese melts and is slightly crispy on top.
Cool for five minutes and cut into wedges to serve.
