Hippie's Crawfish Lavash

crawfish (tail meat 85 gram/3oz)Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Flour Lavash Bread (1/2 lavash)Onions, raw, 1/2 small Garlic powder, .4 tspMayonnaise, Hellman’s Light, .5 tbsp
Portion out your ingredients. Grill crawfish, onion and garlic on high heat skillet.
Set aside. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray, and grill the lavash bread on both sides. Put grilled items in lavash, spread 1/2 tbsp of mayo on top and roll. If you want an extra zing, could dash a bit of your favorite hot sauce inside before rolling.
Makes 1 serving.
If you buy your crawfish in frozen 12oz blocks, you can adjust to make 4 servings easily.
