2 oranges1/4c water1/2 c sugar1/2 c white vinegar1/4 c soy sauce2T asian seasoning mix1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breastpepper black3 garlic cloves2 3 oz pkg ramen noodles any flavor1 bag stir fry vegetables3 c sliced green cabbage
zest one orange to measure 1 T. juice both oranges to measur half a cup. combine zest juice water sugar vinegar soy sauce and seasoning mix and whisk well.
cut up chicken into 1 inch peices and grill. set aside and keep warm.
ad pressed garlic to skillet cook for 30 seconds.omit seasoning packed add ramen noodles and orange mixture to skillet cover and simmer 4 minutes or until softened add stir fry veggies and cabbage cook another 4 minutes add chicken to skillet and mix well to coat.
