*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1/2 cup dry Baking Powder, 1.25 tsp Baking Soda, .75 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Cloves, ground, 1 tsp Salt, 1 dash Egg, fresh, 1 medium Milk, nonfat, .5 cup Honey, 1 tbsp Molasses, 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 1 Tbsp Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
Mix wet ingredients together.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry.
Pour batter in sprayed muffin tin and place in 350 degree oven for about 12-15 minutes. Remove and place on cooling rack. Makes 12 muffins or 24 mini muffins
