Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
3 large, seedless (hothouse) cucumbers ( you can also use 4 or five regular cucumbers with seeds)1 cup Fage 0% Greek yogurt7 tsp Dijon mustard3 packets Salat Krönung, Dill-Kräuter seasoning2 tbsp dried dill weed
Directions
Peel cucumbers and slice very thinly (I use a salad shooter or a mandolin), place into a large bowl.
Add ingredients and stir well. If needed add salt and fresh pepper to taste. Goes well with salmon and other fish.
