Ingredients
1.5 cups bisquick1 cup soy milk1 large egg1 tsp canola oil
Directions
Makes 3 servings of 2 four inch pancakes each.
In a medium size bowl add:
bisquick, egg canola oil, and soy milk.
Stir until smooth.
pour onto heated non-stick surface and cook each side 1 minute.
Top with your favorite toppings.
