Ingredients
1/2 pkg. No Yolk Broad Noodles, cooked and drained.2 large (or 4 small) yukon Gold potatoes, baked and mashed 1 onion chopped and carmelized1 C shredded, low fat cheddar cheese
Directions
4 for dinner
grease 8x8 pan, preheat oven to 350
place noodles in layer, then top with potatoes, and sprinkle with cheese cover and bake till heated through.
serve with a green salad.
