Stir Fry Spinach Salad

-baby spinach leaves-1 serving/1/2 pack-olive oil-two splashes (about 2 tbsp)-garlic-one clove, chopped-dried chilli seeds-chopped red onion
Serves 1-2 people
1. Make sure to chop up and get all the ingredient ready. You don't want to get stressed halfway through :)
2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, and wait until it is hot. Then fry the chillis until they go black (yes they are burnt but i like them burnt lol).
3. Take down the heat and fry the onions until they are soft. Add the garlic a few minutes after the onions so that it goes golden brown.
4. Dump the baby spinach in when everything else is cooked. Stir it round and coat it in all the oil...cook it until it 'wilts'.
