Italian Roasted Chicken & Vegetables

Ingredients
18 oz chicken tenders3 large baking potatoes (peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks)3 cups carrots (peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces)1 10 oz bag of frozen peas1 bottle fat free italian dressing1 tablespoon garlic powder2 teas oregano1 teas salt 1/2 teas pepper
Directions
Place chicken, potatoes, carrots and peas in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Toss untill well coated. Pour italian dressing over the top. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 6 servings.
