.25 cup on onions (Red or Yellow, cucumber with peel sliced to desired amount, 1 bag of Romaine lettuce, Tomotes cut how ever you enjoy them, 1 tbsp Gorgonzola crumbled cheese, A dash of black pepper to taste, A dash of McCormick Garlic & Herb seasoning. Toss in a big bowl and add your own dressing
