Tuna Pasta Toss

Ingredients
1 can tuna in oliva oil1.5 cups whole wheat pasta0.5 cups frozen peas1 cup frozen asparagus spears, chopped
Directions
1. Boil salted water, add pasta.
2. Five minutes before the pasta is done, add asparagus.
3. Three minutes before pasta is done, add peas.
4. When pasta is ready, drain pot and transfer all to serving bowl.
5. Add tuna and its oil to bowl, tossing to distribute evenly.

Serves just one, but easily doubled, tripled, quadrupled...
