Homemade Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 2.5 cupBaking Soda, 1 tspBaking Powder, 1 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tspNutmeg, ground, 0.5 tspCloves, ground, 0.5 tspSalt, 0.5 tspButter, unsalted, 0.5 cupGranulated Sugar, 1.5 cup*Pumpkin, Canned Puree, 1 cupEgg white, 1 servingVanilla Extract, 1 tspGlazePowdered Sugar, 2 cup, unsiftedMilk, 1%, 3 fl ozButter, unsalted, melted 1 tbspVanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
Serving Size: One Cookie

Preheat oven to 350

1. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt. Set aside.

2. Cream butter and sugar by beating together. Add pumpkin, egg and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Drop on cookie sheet in tablespoon sizes.

3. Bake 15 - 20 minutes, cool cookies, drizzle glaze with fork.

4. Glaze: Combine powdered sugar, milk, melted butter and vanilla. Add more milk if needed, whisk together and drizzle.
