Black Bean Brownies

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained4 large eggs1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt1 tbsp vanilla extract3 tbsp olive oil3 tbsp cocoa powder1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda3/4 cup Whey Low sugar substitute (or Splenda which will make the calories 114)1 box Jello Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding mix
Makes 12 regular sized cupcakes
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Put cupcake liners in muffin pan
In blender, blend all wet ingredients plus the cocoa powder until smooth. Add all remaining dry ingredients except pudding mix and blend until smooth. Add pudding mix and blend. It may be necessary to mix it in by hand.
Distribute the mixture into 12 muffin cups with liners. Bake between 21 and 25 minutes depending on the individual oven. Cool and enjoy.
