Meat & Mushroom Pie

Ground beef, lean, 16 ozMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 0.5 tbsp chopped Celery, raw, 0.5 cup, diced Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, grated *9" Deep Dish Pie Shell, 2 oz Egg, fresh, 1 large
Cook ground beef, drain. Add all veggies to the meat and cook till veggies are tender.
Place in pie shell, and top with second pie shell. Brush top with egg wash. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes, until top is nicely browned. Serve with gravy.
