Crockpot - Slow Cooked Chicken & Vegetables

Ingredients
1 lbs of chicken boneless Chicken Breasts1 can of Cambells 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1.5 cups of raw baby carrots1 Cup of Frozen Corn2 Raw Potatos1 Cup of Frozen Vegetables1 Cup of Low Sodium Chicken BrothThymeItalian SeasoningsPepper
Directions
Place Chicken in Crockpot and Top with all your ingredients, stir and put crock pot on low for 10-12 hrs or put on high for 4-6 hours.

Shred chciken when done, place back in corckpot to make sure chicken gets all the flavor!
